Article III, section 3 of the Constitution of the United States of America reads as follows:
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in
levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and
Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two
Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
Article II section 4 states:
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other High crimes and Misdemeanors.
So how is it obummer can 'waive' the law against aiding the enemy to supply arms to Syria, and still remain in office? Can he also 'waive' the Constitution so blatantly? Are there not at LEAST two witnesses in the US who can vouch for this flouting of the law?
