Lame Stream Media

I was looking over some news stories, and came across one that offered three questions that obama should address in his upcoming conference on Tuesday. Basically it boils down to: Why should we go to war, and what are we trying to accomplish.

There were quite a few articles this morning actually. Pretty much all the same. More BS about obama trying to convince Congress to let him kill Syrians to make them stop killing Syrians.

The thing that strikes me is, it shouldn't matter if he calls for a vote on war with Syria. Congress should be duty bound to say "No". America doesn't want this war. Most Americans still couldn't show you where it is on a map, and the people over there hate us anyway. I know this is a radical concept in DC, but I thought the Congress represented US.

Although I read in an article this morning that 42% of Americans were all for a 'limited' strike.

So, here's a challenge for you. Ask the next 100 people you come into contact with, friends, neighbors, family, hell, complete strangers, and ask them if we should strike Syria. If forty two of them say yes, then maybe Congress has a right to debate the question.

I'll bet you don't get ten votes for.
