Interesting article. 107 year old man, no hostages (he let them walk away) and alone in his bedroom of his house. Go ahead and read this, then I have some questions afterward.

Okay. Yer back. Good. Now did ya happen to read any of the comments? I pretty much agree with the overall sentiment: Why did they have to break in, throw in a "distraction device" and shoot the old guy after they'd already gassed him?

What did he threaten the other two people who called the police for?

Did they threaten him first? I imagine there is a lot you can threaten a 107 year old man with: Probably doesn't drive, and has little recourse to exerting his will over others. (unless he happens to have a loaded pistol...)

Were they 'evicting' him to an 'aged care facility'?

Trying to have him sign over his SS check?

Why did LEO have to break in to his room?

These are only a base few of the many questions this "News" doesn't address. But what it does NOT do is hold accountable the militarized LEOs for murder.
