So, how was dinner?

Food stores are getting a little short due to spending all our extra on stuff for the farm. Hopefully it'll pay me back in the long run...
So I was going through what we have, and ended up making cranberry glazed country style pork ribs smothered in melted muenster cheese, homemade mashed potatoes with mayonnaise, mozzarella, and dill, and French cut green beans with....well, okay, they were just French cut green beans. I can't make everything a delicacy!

The sweetness of the cranberry sauce was cut nicely by the muenster, and the potatoes were quite good also. And I just like green beans, so there.

Sometimes ya just gotta make do...
