I call Bullshit!

This is from a story over at The Daily Sheeple:

According to the indictment, on October 8, 2009, Harvey used his power as a police officer to order the victim to remove all of her clothing and sit naked while he pleasured himself.
The indictment goes on to claim that when questioned about the incident, Officer Cahill falsely claimed to have been with Harvey at the time, telling FBI investigators that Harvey was never alone with the woman in an alleged attempt to discredit the victim.
Harvey, 39, is charged with deprivation of civil rights under color of law. If convicted, he faces a maximum term of one year in prison, a $100,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment.
Officer Cahill, 34, is charged with making a material false statement. If convicted, Cahill faces a maximum term of five years in prison, a $250,000 fine, up to three years supervised release, and a $100 special assessment.
Cahill, a 10-year veteran assigned to the 24th District, has been suspended for thirty days with the intent to dismiss. (source)

The bold up there is mine. Because I REALLY want to draw attention to it. Some fucker in a cop suit takes away a woman's CIVIL RIGHTS, and faces One Year and a 100,000 fine. This shit made her strip naked so he could jack off.

Meanwhile, his buddy, who LIED TO THE FBI, gets FIVE YEARS and a 250,000 fine!

What the fuck is wrong with THIS picture? Now, this all happened in 2009, but do you honestly think this is any different today? The cop sexually assaults a woman, gets a year, but OMG, don't fucking lie to the PoPo, or you gonna get 5 years!

I'm going out on a limb here, and say 99% of the cops out there are crooked. Here's why: If you ain't gonna put up, then shut the fuck up. Letting shit like this happen, and face it, you know, and not doing something about it is being a part of the problem, and makes you a crooked cop. Period.

Period, period, period.

And if lying to the FBI is a crime of such horrendous magnitude, why aren't most of our congress, the VP, and that lying fucker obama currently doing time?
