First the background:
In September, 2012, As my wife was handing me my shotgun, (Which my son-in-law had last fired, and left one in the chamber...) I took it from the barrel end from her, and she let go.
Ya know the old saying: treat every gun as if it's loaded. Believe it!
Anyway, long story short, I got no right shoulder. Its a joke (NOW) around here about the day my wife shot me....of course it was a stupid and ultimately preventable accident, but you live with trials every day, and we prefer to make light of it...
However,
Last night I was reading one of the gun blogs I follow, and it said something to the effect that the antigun nuts (again) are trying new legislature to make it illegal to carry your gun anywhere.
My wife said: But you could still have your gun in your house to shoot someone....?
And my reply: Yep. ALWAYS shoot people responsibly!
Ya know THAT look.......?
Cute! True love will forgive the little things like getting shot...
