Ya'll were given fair warning!

In an earlier post, if anyone actually read to the bottom, I said to not even get me started on Red: the new black.

And then I read this: OBAMA ADMINISTRATION to Buy Back 10 Million Acres to Redistribute to Native Americans over on The Gateway Pundit.

Now let me start off with a little of my own history. I was raised in Michigan, where we have a lot of American Indians:
Bay Mills Indian Community
Keweenaw Bay Indian Community
Little River Band of Ottawa Indians
Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians
Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe of Michigan
Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians

And this list doesn't even include the Erie, Huron, or Cree Indians that also live there.

I've lived for at least a year in the following States: California, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Illinois as well. They all have Indians. Every fucking state in the U.S. had Indians at one point or another.

Today I live in Oklahoma. Vagaries of fate and all that. And I realize this was once the location where "the white man" made a LOT of Indians go. I'm familiar with the Trail of Tears. And I empathize with "pre-existing Indians" having been taken over by us vile and villainous white folk.

But ENOUGH ALREADY. They are NOT an oppressed people any more than the black, white, latino, or any other race in America! They are Americans. Stop giving ANY 'minority' special treatment. Especially due to some unwarranted and misplaced sense of guilt for whitey's heinous deeds. And if I recall my lessons in history, the Indians committed their fair share of atrocities on white folks too. There's plenty of guilt to go around if ya wanna play that race card!

I can't think of ANY country off hand that hasn't had internal strife or been taken over by another group. There's evidence of Incas and Mayans in North America that predates the "American Indian". There have been evidences found in California of Egyptian relics.

And that's what all those things are. RELICS! A few reminders that this people or that race once lived here before our modern conglomeration of ALL races. And indicate that the "American-Indian" wasn't the first race here either. They took it over from somebody else!

We don't tell the 'red man' to "Stay on the 'rez'". We don't tell the black man to work or be whipped.

Maybe us cracka's came here looking for freedoms denied us in the old country, (whichever "old country" that may be) and wanted this to be a better land. We gave the Indians back then small pox. Oops. Sorry. They gave us tobacco. Touché. We now bend over backward to let them bend laws to operate casinos on 'Indian land'. Give them free medical, education, grants, housing, you name it, and some 'tribe' is out there clamoring for it as their 'right'. They even argue over what tribe they originally came from. Kinda like us melatonin deficient types argue that "I'm from Ireland. I'm from France. I'm from Lithuania". Fuck them too.

I'd lay odds that at least 90 percent of the Indians today have no fucking clue of the history of their own tribe. Just racist mumbo-jumbo passed down to them from their parents who also never faced anything as horrific as the Trail of Tears.

Now this post may piss off a lot of  'Oklahomans', the "I am an INDIAN" capitol of the world, but ya know what? Fuck 'em. I'm tired of people thinking that making themselves a hyphenated-American somehow makes them better than other Americans, or using it as an excuse for their sorry ass lack of moral and ethical behaviors.

I'm an AMERICAN! My ancestors came from here too. At least for the last eight generations that I have researched.  There's indian blood and probably some black blood running through my veins, but I don't need to make an issue of it. I don't really care. And no, I don't got it so good: I suffer chronic pain from a gunshot wound. I'm broke, the government has yet to agree with my disability, I don't own my own home, and I ain't one of them 'beautiful people', (See my picture above left!). And I still need to come up with some way to buy a new radiator for my POS (hint hint).  But I AM an AMERICAN, and damn proud of it!

We need to stop blaming everyone else for our problems. Of ANY color, race, creed, or religion. And don't get me STARTED on Islam! (Fair warning again!)

If being an American-American isn't enough for your sorry ass: Fuck you.

And while we're at it: Fuck Obama too.

(I TOLD ya'll not to get me started.....)
