I watched this first over at In the Middle of the Right. Now I can't claim this is in fact true, as I know that I am largely uninformed with what can be done in this computerized age, except for creating false birth certificates. But its definitely possible by what I know of our government, CIA, etc... and I don't have to prove that statement, as no government agency would be likely to ever see this post anyway....
