I'm still alive! (sorry!)

Things are almost starting to feel "normal" living out here. After so long with so little, things are tending to become routine. Get up, feed the animals, check my list of things to do (all three pages), see if I can get any of them done, or at least start on a couple or so, cut some firewood, (its gonna suck this winter as it is, I don't want to have to go out and cut wood every day!)

Still stay in touch with Jim, the reader that helped me out with the move. Called him last night, he ragged on me about my fire making skills (okay, so I couldn't get the damn fire started worth a shit when he and Uncle Bubba came to help me move. I was rushing it, and you just can't do that with a fire!).
I always like shooting the shit with him. He and I are a lot alike, and he's got some good insight into life in general, and prepping, too. He's older than me, which makes him REALLY old, and has been through a lot. Talking with him now and then helps keep me focused on what I'm really trying to accomplish here. Says he'll come down and visit again sometime, and I gotta say I look forward to his visit. I need to prove that I really CAN start a fire....

Can't keep up with the blogs like I used to read everyday. Jim filled me in on Uncle Bubba's doin's. Sorry to hear about the shit your dealing with Uncle Bubba. My thoughts are with you. Sometimes with all the crap in my current situation, I tend to get shortsighted when it comes to the plights that others go through. (And my big brother lent me his Ryobi 18volt set, so don't sweat the drill.) Take care of yourself first and foremost my friend. Besides, its almost as much a pain to recharge the batteries as to just use my manual drill. And I've still got your hand truck, if you happen to get up this way, I'd love to get together again.

Okay. So now I've used this blog as a way to get some words out to my friends out there, and let ya'll know a bit about what's going on with me. Not a whole lot new, just hoping things start to come together before the weather starts to change, though I wouldn't mind it a LITTLE cooler around here!

I'll try to come up with something interesting soon instead of the drivel I've been publishing lately, but using a Library computer, I have to behave myself. Which SUCKS!

Til next time, folks. Keep on doing whatever the fuck it is you're doing, and keep your powder dry!

Nothing new

But I had to come to the library to check some finances on their computers, so I figured I might as well drop a line and say hi!

Thanks, Brian in Florida for the support. Its always good to know there are folks out there who read this and actually care.

Thanks also, Hiswiserangel, for donating to the cause. Still love ya!

And now a brief update:

Have had two chickens and a duck killed in the last week. Surprisingly, (or not) this is happening in concurrence with the land just east of me being bought and the new owner razing it down to the dirt from the wild landscape it was.
Not only does it ruin my view by replacing it with a large expanse of bulldozed dirt, but all the critters that lived there, PLUS the predators that preyed on them, at least the ones the dozer didn't destroy, are now moving to my land. I don't mind the critters, but can do without the predators eating my livestock!

The building I eventually plan to move into is still bare, but I've stored a bunch of my stuff I won't be needing in the 'attic', and have reduced the pile in front of the place to a smaller mess.

Pigs are still going strong, and Mama Pig should be popping out the youngun's any day now.

Lost a rabbit to snakebite, now I need to get another buck for breeding the two does I have left.

Other than that. Its HOT.

Gotta love country livin'!

Until next time I get to the library, stay safe all!

okay, enough whining

Let me preface this by saying I don't cry. Ever. But I came close today. Stupid wind knocked the tarp down last night, and Rose had to go to work, so it was up to me to fix it. Which I did. And no sooner did I get one side or corner up and another fell. After the third time, I just sat down and wanted to cry REALLY bad. Was just about at the end of my rope, and tired of pulling water by hand, no electric and having to do everything with this fucked up shoulder.

But ya know what? Fuck it!

Got up, put on my big boy pants, and put the damn thing up so it ain't never coming down. Took most of the day, and two pain pills, but its done.

Things could be worse, I'm just tired and frustrated, but I'll try not to put it on here anymore.

Someday, I will have my computer back, and service in my area. Promise.

Until then, stay safe all, and keep on doing what ya gotta do.

Living under a tarp sucks!~

Well, this shit is REALLY getting old. Every time I turn around, someone else seems to want to take a piece out of my ass!
I know I've been asking for help a bit much lately, but between getting royally screwed by the company that sold me a "ready to move in" building that turned into a pig in a poke, being arrested for standing up for my 4th amendment rights, my wife's pay now being garnished for debts incurred during my convalescence after my injury, and all the other crap that piles up from not having electricity to keep food, run lights (and having to constantly buy more batteries!), and legal fees, I've just about had it. I am frustrated with everything and ready to just tell the mortgage company and the building company to take their shit back and just give up.
I started a Gofundme.com page if anyone gives a shit. http://www.gofundme.com/de0tis
And I'm at the fucking library again, so no girlie pics. And I haven't been online enough to look at any of the sites I normally frequent, so this is about it.

Take care all my friends. I'll be back when I can.

Gotta be nice here....

I'm at the Noble, OK library, so I have to keep this clean (damn it!).
A lot has been happening here. Got arrested, then talked to a civil rights attorney, who told me he doesn't do criminal cases, so I should talk to this other lawyer he recommended.

Got an appointment to talk to this other lawyer, and he said basically I could plead guilty, and the judge would probably dismiss my case, or take it all the way and go for a jury trial.

I said I'd rather go to trial than admit to any wrong doing on my part, and he said it would cost me $5000.00 for him to take it to trial. That's FIVE THOUSAND folks!

He was recommended to me because he absolutely HATES the military force and I am God attitude of the cops, especially the Cleveland County sheriff's office. And he thinks I have a good case with the first lawyer to sue the shit out of them, so he offered to take it to trial PRO BONO!

Of course, once I get the criminal charge done with, then sue the shit out of them, he WOULD like me to remember him and give him a small percent. Which I probably would have done anyway.

Not all III percenters stand their ground. Some defend those of us who do!

Anyway, I got a new phone number, starts with 405-501-xxxx.
Angel; email me! Yer still my galpal! Robert, now that I'm in the build up stage, could REALLY use that item. tvrspecialist, let me know what's up!

Love all you guys and gals who are still following this crap and have been loyally waiting for more news from yours truly, but its all work, work, work, hurt, hurt, hurt.

Still trying to find a way to connect out at Turn Here Rose, and can't wait to get back on schedule.

(Oh, and Phil? Feel free to rack up some bust points on me. When I get back, yer gonna need 'em!)

Had to go to the doc, figured I'd blog

Pictures are still a bit hard to get on here with this phone,  but a LOT has been going on!
The pre-wired building I bought was wired with well pump wire,  which isn't shielded,  so I can't get a permit for the electric company to run a meter to it. I'm in a major fight with the company I bought it from, as I now have to buy all new wire,  run it, buy all new insulation,  and either paneling or sheet rock. I paid extra for THIS building because it was 'move in' ready!
My neighbor,  who I actually thought would be pretty cool turns out to be a yuppie (do people still use the term yuppie? ) and actually called the cops and told them I had abandoned my dogs to get them to come see that I'm basically still living under a tarp and sleeping in a corner of the house on a mattress on the floor.
What was interesting is how cool the cop was. Because right after he showed up, two more showed up behind him. The first cop and I had been talking already,  and he'd basically said,  "fuck it. It's the country and dogs will roam,  right?"
So he told the next TWO cops that showed that I was fine,  and not breaking any laws.  It's not illegal to camp out in your front yard in Oklahoma.  He further went on to tell them I had a well, a generator,  and listed the animals I keep,  and that I had plenty of feed for them...
Turns out this wasn't his first visit! He'd come by the day before and gone through all my shit!  I didn't make too big a deal out of it, but I did politely ask him to stay the hell off my property unless he was invited or had a warrant...
And two days ago, I hitched into town with a neighbor for a pack of smokes (so much for quitting...) and started walking towards home figuring Rose would pick me up as she should be just about getting off work.
Instead,  I heard a car coming up behind me, turned and saw the lights on top, and knowing my wife doesn't drive a cop car,  I turned and continued my stroll.
Sure as shit,  the cop pulled up, and asked me what I was doing.  I told him taking a walk. He asked where I was coming from, and I told him 'back that way'. He asked where I was going, and I told him 'up that way'. He asked if I had any ID and I told him yes, but not on me. He asked my name, and I asked HIM if I was being detained? He said 'maybe', so I asked him what I was being suspected of.  He said some houses in the area had been robbed recently. I told him that's nice, and continued on my way. He apparently felt I was being disrespectful,  because he turned on his lights and told me to put my hands on the hood of his car after I had gone maybe thirty feet and he'd had time to call for back up...
I informed him I had an injury to my right shoulder,  and couldn't put it up on the hood as he'd requested.  So like any good cop, he GRABBED me by the right arm,  and tried to put it behind my back!
This tore something in my shoulder, and when I yelled,  he let go.
Now I not only am in absolute agony, I'm PISSED !
So here comes another cop, who the first said was his supervisor,  and so when he walked up, before I could explain myself,  HE'S on my right arm. Agony again, and when he realizes my arm is physically not capable of going behind my back, let's go.
I pulled out my phone as another cop showed up, and told them the next fucking pig that touched my right arm could kiss my ass. They had had no reason to detain me, as I was walking down a public street, and had the right to travel unimpeded.
The THIRD cop grabbed my right arm, asked sarcastically if I thought I was some kind of lawyer,  tried to shove it around behind me, and when it wouldn't go, through me into the side of a cruiser and told me to stop resisting! (I wasn't resisting,  I was busy recording! )
Long story short,  I was arrested for 'obstructing an officer during an investigation'.
The next day, when I got out on my own recognizance,  I found that my video had been deleted.  And I know this,  as the stupid idiot when he deleted it, accidently took a four second video of himself,  time stamped while I was in cuffs in the back of a cop car!
Seems to me the Supreme Court recently passed something or other about this being against the 4th Amendment.
So I'm now looking for a lawyer who will take my case against violations of my 4th amendment rights and illegally stopping me in the first place.

PS: Just got done with the doc. Tendinitis from the stress on my implant and possible tearing.  She's scheduling CT scan. ..
